What we collect
We collect the information you provide to build your workspace, including account details, company information, and the documents you choose to upload, along with the basic usage data needed to operate and secure the platform.
How we use it
We use your data only to deliver the product: powering your data room, fit scoring and pipeline. We do not sell your data, and we never use your private documents to train shared models.
Your data, your control
You control access to your data room at the document level, can export your data at any time, and can request deletion of your account and its contents.
Where your data is hosted
Your workspace data is hosted in the United States on Supabase managed Postgres, with the application served via Vercel. Some supporting services, including authentication, email delivery and AI model providers, process data in their own regions.
Your rights
In line with GDPR and PIPEDA, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, per-organization isolation, audit logging, and defined retention periods.
